Notes: This library is a supplement of Amygdala. You need to have the Amygdala library installed to make use of it. It's an OpenGL based debugger / visualizer for Amygdala neural networks. It lets you watch the network as it runs and examine single neurons. You can also dump PPM files to disk for each TimeStep. These PPM files can then be used to make movies
