Since 2001, the new versions of xmorph have been uploaded to Debian; this one, though, has been uploaded also here.

Changes:
There are many many changes, mainly in gtkmorph. 
gtkmorph now:
- builds with gtk1.2 or gtk2.0
- has a toolbar
- has colored features: can selct and edit regions of a mesh such as   'eye' 'nose' ...
- has a "help druid" 
- builds with cygwin
