Release Name: 0.2

Notes: This release is designated as 0.2 because, although it seems stable, it contains a subset of the functionality of its future version 1.0. This release version (0.2) powers the data saving of Phraseologic, a Web-based collaborative dictionary of phrases (http://treelogic-swe.com:8080/phraseologic/contrib). The Javadoc was run with the '-private' flag, which is helpful for development work on a package proper.
