Release Name: 1.12.0 (beta)

Notes:
This release features a very simple b/w mode. There are no text attributes at
all in this mode, so it won't be very useful for interactive use in most cases.
However, --dump will now produce pure plain text output when --bw is turned on
-- which is certainly a benefit.

There should be no stability issues with this release.
