Release Name: Windows-Sun JDK 1.4.2

Notes: There have been many huge changes to the joeq infrastructure over the past year, which have only been available through the CVS tree. This is a stable CVS snapshot that is compiled towards Sun JDK 1.4.2 on Windows. This will allow people to use a reasonably up-to-date version without having to deal with CVS checkout, building, etc.
