- DbLoader has been modified to take in the name of the property file as the
first command line argument. It will default to "/sql/dbloader.xml" if no
argument is passed.
- Loading of the TIP_DATA has been moved to its own set of property files. This
was done to allow the TIP_DATA table to be modified without having to drop
the rest of the database.
- New target in build.xml (db-tips) which creates and loads the TIP_DATA table.
This is also called by the "db" target, once everything else is done for
that target.

- SHARE_DEFINITION.SHARE_DESC changed to 512 characters. Not necessary to rerun

MODIFY SHARE_DESC VARCHAR2(512);
- use the appropriate statement for your database. Otherwise, you can re-run

For all data elements, javascript field validation has been added. In addition,
all data elements are now using the same method to validate lengths of text areas
in the DOs, and all will truncate the value if it exceeds the max. length.
For data elements, field length descriptions have been standardized to
(xxx words/xxx characters).
Per bug 56, usertypes have been cleaned up. There are now only 2:
MEMBER => A full access user (read/write)
GUEST = A view-only user (read)
This does not preclude additional usertypes from being created in the future.
The database load files have been modified to reflect this.

- DbLoader has been modified to take in the name of the property file as the
first command line argument. It will default to "/sql/dbloader.xml" if no
argument is passed.
- Loading of the TIP_DATA has been moved to its own set of property files. This
was done to allow the TIP_DATA table to be modified without having to drop
the rest of the database.
- New target in build.xml (db-tips) which creates and loads the TIP_DATA table.
This is also called by the "db" target, once everything else is done for
that target.

custom tag, and to perform date validation with the
org.portfolio.util.DateValidation class. This is partially reflected in bug 27.
New doc file HOWTO-Install-Binary-Distribution.txt has been added to deal
specifically with install via the binary distribution. This will be moved into
a README.txt file (located at the archive root) for the binary distribution.
Additional comments added for configuration in the portfolio.xml, so that users
can customize by reading through the file.

For all data elements, javascript field validation has been added. In addition,
all data elements are now using the same method to validate lengths of text areas
in the DOs, and all will truncate the value if it exceeds the max. length.
For data elements, field length descriptions have been standardized to
(xxx words/xxx characters).
Per bug 56, usertypes have been cleaned up. There are now only 2:
MEMBER => A full access user (read/write)
GUEST = A view-only user (read)
This does not preclude additional usertypes from being created in the future.
The database load files have been modified to reflect this.
