File Release Notes and Changelog

Release Name: frowns-0.8

Notes:
Various speed fixes and some internal code reorganization.
Stereochemistry hooks are now in place.

Some test cases were moved into the test/ directory (cvs release only)

The executable files are for use with Python 2.2.

  o PySomorph is the graph matching package (required for smarts matching)
  o pysssr is the smallest number of smallest rings package
  o frowns-0.8 is the current frowns release.
