Release Name: ALL LIBRARIES FOR LUCIOL

Notes: This is a new version of the Luciol software. It includes: the kernel, the IO modules, the DNP3 Master & Slave, the IEC 870-5-101 & 103 Master & Slave. Don't shout about doc for developers: it's on the way ! You'll get a 1st Time Developer guide for using this package with Eclipse. Using it with another Java IDE is not a challenge: some team members are doing it everyday -we can't just write docs for everything. The User & Developer documentations can be found @ www.luciol.info in support/download section. Main work is about the IEC 104, Modbus ASCII, RTU & TCP plus some applications (monitoring & SOAP). Note that at this stage, we only work on the Luciol hardware. The software should run on aJile chips but we guess the porting to other environment may become hours consumming: unfortunately we don't have that in stock at the moment.

Changes: The User & Developer documentations can be found @ www.luciol.info => 1st Time User & Developer are under validation. The kernel has been hugely improved to provide efficient HTTP, SSL and XML parsing. The applications (IO modules & protocols) have been refitted in directories properly: it should be now quite easy to take what you need out of the overall package. This code is reliable and robust: it has been tested over the last 6 months now.
