Notes:
well, here it is, the long awaited release with SQL select
statements. it's probably full of bugs and i know for a
fact that many things need to be improved but it's just a
taste of what's in store. enjoy!

* no longer the rump-roast package, just TextDB.
* basic SQL select statements! (slow and ineffiecient) :)
* fixed a program with bin2dec, where it wasn't converting the numbers over
  properly in certain cases, which was causing major screw-ups.
* many bugfixes.
