Notes:
Updated to work with PHP4 plus other enhancements.


Changes:
 - Changed OOP parts of PostAmt to work with PHP4 (Couldnt test with PHP3 now, but it *should* still work; can anyone confirm?)
 - Instead of config.php3 there is now a DEFAULT-config.php3 so people wont trash their old configuration by accident when upgrading.
 - Due to popular demand, the default language is English now, instead of German
 - Added DEFAULT-mailusers.php3 to the config directory which you should rename to mailusers.php3 and enter the permitted From-adresses for every login name there.
 - Some other small tweaks and fixes
