File Release Notes and Changelog
Release Name: 1.1
Notes: This release ought to be useable in production level code, as it is not supposed to leak memory (1.0 did so EXTENSIVELY). Also EDOM has now been used for some time in developing a commercial application, so many bugs have been found and fixed.
Changes: No new features. There have been a few changes to the interfaces, mostly to do with using UC_UTF8_STRING in places, and in order to fix necessary bugs. All known memory leaks have been plugged.
