Release Name: 0.3 Full Installation

Notes: Binary (program files) for Windows. <p>Download and unzip. Then run setup.exe to install. For detailed installation and configuration instructions, see our home page: http://www.smtpfilter.codeworks.gen.nz/ This program requires the Microsoft Visual Basic 5 runtime to execute. This is normally included with Windows 98 and later. If setup.exe does not run, you can download and execute the runtime files as a separate download. This should only be required for Windows 95 or Windows NT 4 or earlier, and only if you have not installed any other Visual Basic 5 programs.
