Release Name: 1.5.2 autoconf patch

Notes:
1. What version of autoconf/automake/libtool/m4 do I need? 

   The autoconf scripts is written and tested for autoconf 2.53+, 
   automake 1.6.3+, and libtool 1.4.2+. You definitely need to 
   upgrade if you are using a stock RedHat 7.3.

   Also, you need GNU M4 1.4.1+. 

2. I've got all the tools installed. Now what? 

   Here's the steps: 

   1) chmod +x autogen.sh setup
        This step will be unnecessary once the autoconf patch
        is integrated into the CVS tree. 
   2) ./autogen.sh
   3) ./configure 
   4) make rpm
   5) make rpm-tcp for tcp remote log plugin
   6) make rpm-udp for udp remote log plugin

   Run "./configure --help" to see the list of options.
