Notes: Only one new feature by sf.svenka: limit_navi has now numbers for each item page and not only for- and backward.<br> All other are smaller bugfixes as described in forum 2.02 and in <a href="http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=256300">http://sourceforge.net/forum/forum.php?forum_id=256300</a>
Changes: At beginn of all include files are now two lines, which move caller to index.html, if such a file called alone.<br> <br> Other changes are available some weeks in CVS and now include to packages.
