File Release Notes and Changelog
Release Name: srlm-1.0
Notes: Minimal changes from Beta-1, mostly in comments and file formatting. Basic functionality with cryptography supported by OpenSSL library. Compiled and tested client on FreeBSD, Solaris and Linux.
Changes: Cleaned up documents directory. All documents are now available as web pages, identical to those on the SourceForge site.
