Notes:
With the first major release ToscanaJ and its editor Elba offer a 
complete set of features to create conecptual shemas on top of 
relational databases and to deploy them as data analysis tool in 
different domains. Not many changes have been made to the last
 version, but there has been a lot of testing and many bugs have 
been fixed, so that the program is considered to be stable enough
for an official release. Try it :-)


Changes:
- added feedback if no more diagrams left
- fixed problem with empty diagram titles after CSC import
- removed database schema from output format
- no <queries> in CSX if only defaults used
- if empty <queries> in CSX the default queries are added
- version number "TJ1.0" is supported and used
- wait cursor gets removed if diagram display failed
- file is closed after save operation
- check for out of memory in CSXParser
- CSC parser checks for incomplete relations
- no shearing of base in NDimLayoutOperations anymore
- renamed ordinal and biordinal scales
- changes to attributes in the context editor don't affect
  diagrams anymore if concept editing is canceled afterwards
- new diagrams are instantly opened
- context editor gets updates of size when new context is set
- fixed ndim manipulator
- schema is dirty after diagram changes
- if label views are not shown, they can not be hit as canvas
  items
- crossordinal scales now use column names
- diagram description button is now handled properly
- columns do get square brackets for Access files
- added <description> into default content of XML editor dialog
- changed version number
- change layout order (nicer for interordinal scales)
- extra ErrorDialog on object open
- removed run-siena/lucca start files
- database views are now saved again
- typo fixed in DevIntro
