Release Name: release 1.1

Notes:
With this release the first gtkclient is being released. Some maintenance and a UI redesign have taken place to make this release useful.
As no protocol modification has taken place, the old java client is still useable.
Note that the javaclient will be updatet too, but so far I had no time to do this.

  * closed security hole where users could read and delete 
    iptables and userspace rules while not being logged in
  * redesigned interface
