Notes:
Setting up the WINEWS module

note: You must be running Revival/2k v1.0.0 or later for WINEWS to function!

steps to set up WINEWS

1) Copy WINEWS to your Revival/2k directory
2) Open WINEWSINST.jsp in your web browser to execute the Database update <DO THIS ONLY ONCE!, additional attempts will cause an error, and/or currupted data>
6) after the databases are created you should delete WINEWSINST.jsp from the web server.  Failure to do so could allow a malicious user to damage your data!
7) browse to the index.jsp page.  You should now see a new menu with the news links in it.

News view authority is initially assigned to guestgroup
News admin authority is initially assigned to admingroup
