Release Name: 0.1.3

Notes: This is a new version just pre Camp Smalltalk @ OOPSLA. This contains some cleanup, but the major additions are 1) the ability to connect to both Postgres and Oracle (although Postgres could still use some work on database constraints) 2) Reading across many-to-many relationships, which required some notable extensions to the expression framework. Still not completely tidy, but at least it works. Note that these are VisualWorks 5i.2 parcels, created out of Store.
