Release Name: 0.0.5b

Notes:
EDE-0.0.5b is a response to the fact that there have been no
install notes with recent EDE releases. My draft notes that
will, I hope, be complete in time for 0.0.6 are included. (Sorry
for any typos !!!).

I have also included, in this version, a FreeDOS boot disk
which allows for overcoming the fdisk problems in the EDE
installation. Check the install guide for usage.
