Notes: This is a preliminary release, primarily to fix the win2k starting problem. Also adds working echo port support. It won't be extensively tested until after our holiday period. Please report any problems before then if possible.
Changes: Fixed Win2000 non-starting problem. Echo port working. telnet connections correctly unselect button. more commandline params. made narrower for 800x600. improved resizing. separate tabs for PicProg and I2C
