Release Name: sidplay2-libs-1.0

Notes:
NOTE:  This code is still under development and the
interfaces have not yet stabalised.  The version numbers will
not increment correctly as defined for libtool libraries during
this 2.1.X release phase.  Once the interfaces for the new
builder classes have stabalised a release 2.2.0 will be made.

RPM spec files have been provided with the intended use
to create two packages.  The first package will contain
libsidplay2 and a default sid builder class (most likely the
resid emulation).  The second package will contain libsidutils.

This code builds under the GCC3 series of compilers with full
support for PSIDv2NG and RSID file formats.
