Notes:
People who use the Italian version and/or Windows prior to Windows XP should
immediately upgrade, since there have been some bugs causing CDox not to start
with these.


Changes:
  * added a forgotten Italian translation
  * fixed the .exe file for Windows, which wanted the mfc70*.dll
  * when the new/wizard opens up at start, the window is resized
    automatically *after* clicking ok
