Notes:
This release introduces file encryption/decryption.  Please post any bugs that you may encounter....

Changes:
1.0.36:
	* Finally made a half decent icon for the program.
	* Added a verify password dialog to double check typed passwords
	  for encrypting/decrypting files.
	* File Encryption/Decryption support added (!!please report any errors!!)
	  Please check your encrypted files by decrypting them after you
	  have encrypted them because the program can not detect this
	  automatically.  However it will report any errors given by
	  OpenSSL during any encrypt/decrypt process.  However... everything
	  should work fine with it :-)
	* Added context menu for right click on TreeView control to copy/clear
	  items from the list.
	* Converted XML Export to use MXXMLWriter so it works faster & better
