Notes:
The main new thing this release brings is a complete rewrite of the
category code to provide a more consistent view of ACLs. It probably
has a side-effect of being a lot more efficient, but I never noticed that
as being particularly slow in the first place.
There's also the ability to change the background and photo of the unit
of time from the GUI, as they're in a database backed Properties now.
Otherwise, this is all of the stuff that's happened since July...various
UI changes, admin additions, cleanups, etc...
