Release Name: 0.2.2

Notes: This release has 8-minute auto-power-off, but only when the firmware is in program download mode. That's the good news. Previous TinyVM versions don't seem to work with the latest CygWin versions (CygWin 1.1.x). They were tested with CygWin B20 only. I tweaked tvm_firmdl.c to work around what appears to be a select() bug in CygWin 1.1.x, but fast downloading still doesn't work there. The scripts were also changed to check if OSTYPE is "cygwin", not just "cygwin32". It should work in general, but I recommend sticking with CygWin B20 for now. Regards, --Jose
