Notes: AIML 1.1 Fixed some blatant problems from changing the female "Anna" into the male "Charlie." Also enhanced various aspects of Charlie's abilities in relation to interactions he had with users over the past week. Enhanced the HTML template. Changed AIML Watcher interval from 2 secs to 10 secs.
