First good stable release.  Tell me if bugs are found.

Changes:
Added Google Search Function!  When asked, bot will now search google for given text string and return the top 10 URLs returned from Google's database.  This search can be done from private message if you are owner/admin, or in a channel for unprivileged users.  The WWW::Search::Google module is used to accomplish this.  Added ability to ban/unban user from a channel and also added away/back function for controling bot's away status.  Fixed a major bug with the "Common Words" function.  Bot will now auto-op bot owner if bot is +o in a channel.  Bot will no longer start unless config is edited.  Other enhancements include 
minor code enhancements to improve performance.  This will more than likely be the first stable release!  And the last announced release, other 
than bug fixes..
