File Release Notes and Changelog

Release Name: 0.2.1

Notes:
General info:
Freesplitter is a free, easy to use filesplitting tool. The main idea behind this tool is absolute
simplicity. This program is distributed under the General Public License (and thus is free) as
  discribed in COPYING.

Requirements:
  - A Linux (or other unices) system
  - QT-3 must be installed

Functionality:
  - The program can succesfully split and merge files
  - While splitting/merging a (modal) progressdialog will be shown.
  - Process can be canceled.
  - No support for changeble media yet (critical error will occure when a part is missing)
  - Splitter should be able to handle verry big files flawlessly.

Changes: + Selection of the installationpath is now protected against wrong input, cancel works as it should, check is now based upon the existance of an icon instead of the existance of the shared directory. + The stored installationpath is checked at each startup. + Fixed wrong representation of the progress of the last splitted part.
