Release Name: goalpost-0.2

Notes: Many change were make to the system most of them were minor fixes. I added the ability to set a cutoff time so that user cannot change their pick so many hours prior to the first game. I changed the result screen so that you can only see your picks prior to the cut off time. All of this done in the name of fair play. I added the ability for the Admin to edit the rules and about page without changing any code.
