Another snapshot release, to get some of the new features out and see if we can't drum up some interest from developers looking to help write a top framework.

Changes:
Lots of small changes - see the new ChangeLog file for details.  The highlights include:

- new simple templates class (high performance!)
- the MySQL database connector now works
- support for database connector factory
- first shot at a application 'prefs' class
- simple class to generate a SELECT box of countries
  (includes support for ISO country codes)
- the humble beginnings of cookie support
- ditto for template caching
