Notes:
The major new features of the version 0.6 are: savegame support, CHUI viewing support, area map export and significantly improved creature, item and spell viewers (with many more fields shown than before).

* In the script decompiler, the beginning colon is stripped from
variable names when decompiling Icewind Dale scripts.
* In the creature viewer, instead of the spell type "INVALID" the
numeric value is now shown.
* The first parameter of SINGLECOLORPULSEALL effect is now shown
as hex.
* In the effect viewer, dice value "0d-1" is now shown as "-".
* Added decoding of Icewind Dale effect 0xE9 (effect animation).
* When an area group node is selected, the area map is shown in
the right frame (instead of an empty frame).

* Added decoding of saving throw types in the effect viewer
