Notes:
* updated Japanese nls

* when CascadePlacement is selected the options for direction are disabled because CascadePlacement is always LeftRight, TopBottom

* streamlined the workspace change code.  Should be slightly more efficient now

* window menu is now created at the end of the Window constructor thereby ensuring that all of the data the menu needs is available.  This fixes the broken window names in the menus.

* shape information is dealt with later in the constructor as well for similar reasons.  This gets rid of the odd redraw problems.

* a dying window now refuses to take focus.  This fixes a problem with apps like gqview which have multiple windows and would take focus with them on exit.
