Release Name: Windows EXE preview 1

Notes: A few bugs are still in the release Feel free to let me know more of them. Known bugs are: 1) Fastest speed animations act funny. I told blocks to stop moving based on proximity to destination, and the movement factor at fastest speed is 2x higher than proximity check, so it can bounce back and forth. 2) When compiled under linux often the blocks don't move as they are supposed to move. Probably has something to do with the way the arrays were set up, but I haven't looked real hard yet. 3) Some levels have some problems, although I haven't looked into it yet either.
