File Release Notes and Changelog
Release Name: 1.1
Notes: Code cleanup; compiles with no warnings (on my machine at least). Now uses GNU autoconf and automake; I would appreciate wider testing of the build process. You need to install dcethreads BEFORE you can configure and build freedce. No real changes: you can treat this release as stable/production. Definitely works on i386; powerpc and alpha platforms need testing/porting.
