Notes:
This new version of our ASP.Net integration fixes incompatibility issues with the Microsoft ASP.Net AJAX UpdatePanel. Other minor fixes are also included.

Attention : FCKeditor 2.6.3  is required for Microsoft ASP.Net AJAX compatibility.

 Fixed Bugs:

    * [#234] Fixed the incompatibility with the Microsoft ASP.Net AJAX UpdatePanel.
    * [#1908] & was decoded at the wrong time in the server, leading to data loss.
    * [#1945] New folders and file names are now properly sanitized against control characters.
    * [#1944] The "\" character is now properly verified for all connector requests.
    * [#1919] The connector responses are now compatible with custom document.domain settings.
