Notes: Beta Release 0.2.0 (22 April, 2006) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This is the first release of mapass2, a program that maps Illumina/Solexa reads to the reference and calls the consensus. This program has been tested on real large-scale data. It is one of the few softwares that is able to handle these huge amount of data efficiently and accurately. (0.2.0: 22 April 2006, r60)
