Notes:
To install the binary version of Xcpc-20070122:

download xcpc-20070122-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.gz into /tmp

$ su - root
# cd /
# gzip -cd /tmp/xcpc-20070122-i686-pc-linux-gnu.tar.gz | tar xf -

Xcpc is now installed into /usr/local
