Notes:
Known bugs:
	* Heading labels in the GTK display sometimes force a minimum width.
	* Resizing the terminal window will often cause viewglob's command-line to
	  become temporarily out of sync with the true command-line.
	* Ctrl-C may not work in terminals on FreeBSD.

Changes:
New in 0.8.1:
	* The display will no longer confuse command-line data with glob data if
	  you type really fast (this also fixes a bunch of related bugs).
	* Command-line text box in the display will no longer grow the window.
	* File layout in the display is now easier on the eyes.
	* Fixed small command-line processing error.
	* Forced exit now a little more graceful.
