Release Name: security patch 4.x

Notes: This package contains a new version of _wk/wk_lang.php which is not susceptible to a code injection attack. The security hole only exists if php register_globals is on and the default is off so most sites don't really have the security hole but it is good to simply replace the old file with the new one. This fix will work in any 4.x version of wikiwig. Version 5.01 of wikiwig already has this fix.
