Release Name: tsunami v1.1a

Notes:
tsunami, an open-source GUI-driven BitTorrent client for 
Microsoft Windows, is written using Python version 2.2 for the 
main BitTorrent daemon, wxPython version 2.4.2.4 for Python 
2.2 to provide GUI functionality, and py2exe version 0.4.1 for 
Python 2.2 to provide native compiliation support for the 
Win32 enviornment.

tsunami is derived from the experimental v3.2.1 CVS branch of 
the BitTorrent client.

Main features (differentiating tsunami from other BitTorrent 
clients):

* streamlined download interface (user double-clicks 
a .torrent file and the client automatically begins the 
download as a minimized tray icon)
* independent bandwidth controls for each download 
(maximum allocated upsteam bandwidth, connections)
* real-time IP analysis of connected peers (with backtracing 
and geographic mapping tools planned)
* built-in Torrent file publishing ability (with the ability to 
automatically generated web-page decription of each Torrent 
pack) (not yet implemented)
* built-in Torrent file seach and analysis capabilities (not yet fully implemented)
