Make SD memory cards with Ubuntu Eee logos and Ubuntu Eee 8.04.1 preinstalled. You just stick it in your Eee and run Ubuntu Eee straight from there - without installing.
Part time employee
A lot of work in the organization is organizational work which few people have the time to do for free. Every serious non-profit organization is paying someone to do the work that is absolutely necessary to keep the organization running, but no one is contributing with. Hired Jon Ramvi from August 1th.
