Information provided (by this user or project's admin) about donations:
Originally VpsX was going to be made retail, and has similar features to EasyWorship (retailing at approximately $399US). Instead VpsX was licensed under the GPL for the benefit of organizations (including non-profit) that have limited funds, but don't want to be disadvantaged. This is why VpsX was licensed under the GNU General Public License. Developers can also customize VpsX to their needs. Currently I am a full-time Year 10 student in Australia and don't have enough time to work on VpsX all the time.
