Subtext is completely supported by developers passionate about blogging and willing to use their free time (and personal money) to build a best of breed blogging engine. The money you donate will go towards registering a domain name and hosting for a Subtext website. 5% of donations are sent to SourceForge.net to support their efforts to bring you the best in open source software. Anything left over will be used for promotion (Download.com) and to allow the main contributors to placate family members who've grown weary concerning the amount of time spent on this "hobby".
