PHP has the potential to bring programming to your local community: develop a bulletin board for your grandmother with Alzheimer, web-publishing facilities for your local sports club, team communication for a physical therapist, or an image management system for a professional photographer, educational games for your local schools and many other things besides the usual guestbooks and photo-albums. The PHP Application Framework project is intended to make development of such applications much easier.
If you are a PHP programmer, then help us out, if you are not, but support our cause, then learn PHP! We will use any donations to fund our own local community projects.
