the Access database and the locale of the VB program.

    PB2. Last transaction date stamp format:
    The last transaction date stamp found (in 005 or 008/00-05) or
    generated (date now) is now always converted to DD/MM/YYYY not
    depending on the current computer date format. This to avoid
    chrashes when adding records when running on machines with a
    different computer date format.
