Zidrav will not be able to create a .cdt for any file that
is too large. It will jump to "creating internal file
checksum" without actually processing the file. It will
then hang there without doing anything.

I waited for several hours to make sure it wasn't simply
taking a long time to process a large file. I tried multiple
times, including after a reboot. It definately doesn't work.

When i say "large file" im not sure what the exact size is,
but i can tell you it wont work on a 3.5gb file.

You're quite right - it will crash and burn horribly on any
    file larger than 2gb.

It would probably be possible to make it work up to 4gb, but
any larger than that would break backwards compatibility
    quite impressively.

I'm not working on this right now - maybe the other admin
will look at it. If he doesn't, maybe I'll go back to it
eventually and create v4.0 or something.

I also second this problem. I'm wondering if this can be
    fixed as a separate version.

Confirmed, seen on a 2 233 518 940 byte (2.08GB) file. Locks up at creating internal file checksum and doesn't read from disk at all, but uses 100% of CPU. This under Windows XP SP2 with NTFS as file system.
