yes, this is a known issue and due to an outage at my provider which has messed up a couple of file-systems.
The FAQ has been recovered to the replacement server and will go active as soon as the DNS has been updated (which I expect to happen any moment).
In the meantime you can (if you don't need a proxy to access the internet) configure your browser to use the following server as your HTTP proxy and then access the faq as normal:
server: grotesk.our-isp.org port: 80
