    Hi, Kenneth!

    Sorry for the slow response! This is a strange error and I would guess it is probably caused by a rogue plugin since XRMS does not, by default, contain tables called info_types and info_display_map. Did you install and/or activate a plugin just before XRMS stopped accepting your logins?

    You should be able to see which plugins are activated by looking at /include/plugin-cfg.php. If you cannot figure out what is happening in this file, copy and paste its contents here.

    Hope this helps!

    Cheers,
    Ivaylo

  • Hi and thanks for really useful info. Not late at all.... Found the plugins in plugin-cfg.php.
    // Add list of enabled plugins here
    $plugins = array();
    $plugins[0] = 'idphoto';
    $plugins[1] = 'info';
    $plugins[2] = 'journal';
    ?>
    In the directory plugins/info/info.sql there is also code for creating the info_type table (and other tables) that have evidently never been created at installation.
    Question: Is it enough to edit away $plugins[1] = 'info'; and change $plugins[2] = 'journal'; to $plugins[1] = 'journal'; in plugin-cfg.php.???????
    I can live without the plugin info if it is buggy...
    Many thanks ahead.... /kenneth

    Hi, Kenneth!

    Yes, you got the idea. You don't need to delete the line, just comment it out. I don't even think it is necessary to reindex the plugin array but, just for cleanliness sake's you may just do that so you end up with something like this:

    $plugins = array();
    $plugins[0] = 'idphoto';
    // $plugins[1] = 'info';
    $plugins[1] = 'journal';

    That will disable the info plugin and hopefully restore your XRMS system back to normal. If you encounter further problems, let us know. I would strongly recommend backing up your XRMS database, however and, if Apollohosting is not providing support (I find that unfathomable), seek a different host.

    Cheers,
    Ivaylo

  • It worked!!!
    Thanks VERY MUCH ....
    Why is free customer service most often much more efficient than paid? :-)
    I know the answer: Because it is inhabited by people who have interest in the subject, not only the paycheck:-)
