If I close the game window the game doesn't exits... the sound continues playing... is it a problem on the graphic routines, the sound ones or the game loop?

Discussion

  • Couldn't reproduce the bug. Enforcing sound deinitialization at exit may fix it -- the changes are already checked in.

  • The weird is that you couldn't reproduce the bug... maybe it is something with my X server or my Window Manager?

  • I'll investigate.

  • Worked under Gnome/Sawfish... probably clicking on the X button on Kwin doesn't have the same effect as doing it under Sawfish... weird... will check later if other X programs have this problem under KDE.

BTW... when I close it under Sawfish it works, but the game stop running because of a X error: Can't connect to Display or something like that... so there should be some X event or some signal that we should receive to quit the program nicely, but I don't know which.

  • I can't reproduce it now... I guess it was just a wm problem
